02 Tahoe Radio NO SOUND

I am putting in a aftermarket HU in my 02 Tahoe, NO BOSE, NO ONSTAR. I do have the factor sub in the back, there is a amp behind glove box. I hooked up the radio and no sound. Some people say to do something with the pink wire on the amp but there is no pink wire on mine. Please help.......

Avery, don't mind him. He's just screwing around on the forum posting garbage. Anyways, what did you do to fix the problem?

On my radio install (two weeks ago) had to splice and orange wire(factory amp lead) on original harness to continuous power(blue with white stripe) on aftermarket head unit. So I now have three wires to continuous power coming from aftermarket head unit. The three that are on the one lead are amp turn on, factory amp turn on, and solid blue wire. This is probably what the op had to do as well. We both have the same setup it seems.
