02 Tahoe starting problem PCM?

I have a 02 Tahoe that starts when it wants to pretty much thought it was fuel system changed all fuel components from pump to injectors still didn't fix problem. Read something about the security light and resetting PCM not sure what to do can someone help or has anyone had problem before thanks

Why are you thinking its a security issue?

Checked all that Mac... And I believe it's something to do with my security because of some research. My light doesn't always go off and is on when I'm driving at times.. Some times it starts sometimes it doesn't then I have to wait about ten minutes to try again
