02 vs 05 seat color

I have a 2002 with the shale seats. I'm looking at adding a 3rd row from a 2004. I know that the stitching pattern is different from the 2002 to 2004, but is the color the same? From what I can tell they are both #522 Shale, but the pictures I'm looking at make it look like a darker tan on the 2004 seats.
