02 yukon Heated seat only on low

On my 02 Yukon the drivers heated seat only works on low.

You push the button and it goes from Off, to low, off, low - never will the high light up, and I don't think it's the little LED thats bad b/c it not like I push the button 3 times to get back to off or low..

Make sense?

Any ideas?

both of my heated seats are real moody
sometimes they work fine, and other times i have to keep pressing the button to make it go to high
i guess try spamming the button or pushing harder, thats what i have to do haha
