what's done to the rear?

My truck came stock with the towing package which, for an SLT Yukon, is the z71 rear spring. I currently have a non-z71 spring and a set of third row seats. I like the way it rides...firm yet smooth.

First shot is low beams through the tinted windshield with the treeline approximately 50 yards away and the second is of high beams.

@Tonyrodz , how easy were they to install?
Really easy, basically plug and play. I don't remember which side, but I did have to remove the black housing that's screwed behind the headlight housing on one of the headlights. The led was a little too long to wiggle it in. Not a big deal at all. Once in, I just spread the cooling fins behind the bulb and called it a day. Money well spent. I can actually see at night now.
