So as the title says, I found a very clean set of front power/heated/memory seats with airbags out of a 03-06 tahoe/yukon. Does anyone know if these will swap directly into my 2002 yukon with power/heated/memory front seats? Im assuming they will physically bolt in without any problems. But will the electronics interconnect without much issue?

Yes, they will bolt in but I'm pretty sure the wiring is different.

Yeah the wiring is different, but they will bolt right in. I have 04 Denali seats in my 01 Burban. I had to splice the seat wiring into my factory wiring under the carpet for my orignal seats. Connect the really thick orange wire to hot and the thick black wire to ground. The orange might have a black stripe on it, I can't remember. Hooking up those two wires will have everything except the memory function and the seat heaters working. Those two functions need to communicate with the BCM in order to work. And it needs to be a 03-06 BCM. So unless you completely rewire your truck to have a 03+ BCM and harness, just go ahead and give up on the memory and heater functions. I am perfectly content with mine not having memory or heat.
