03 how rear lower than front w/ body lift???

So my truck had a 3"body lift when I bought it. I'm not sure if something wasn't done correctly or if it's just how these are when lifted. The rear seems to be lower than the front and I have no idea what to do or how it can be fixed. Because of this issue the steering seems a little loose. It's not bad but annoying. I'm guessing it's just because of the poor weight distribution due to the rearward lean. If anybody knows what can be done chime in please I'd be very grateful. Just get under there and crank em down. Make sure you do them equally.

Yeah its the T Bars. I have a 3" B.L. on mine and it still has the same factory rake from back to front.
