Ordered a short antenna with universal fit that wasn't so universal so time for the drill master. Shaved back enough of the vent cover piece to fit around the base of the antenna
The wheel bearings on driver side front went out today, going to switch out wheel hubs tomorrow. There are horrible noises coming from beneath Fatso he must have eaten Taco Bell.IMG_20170106_172751.jpg IMG_20170106_173938.jpg IMG_20170106_175001.jpg IMG_20170106_175034.jpg

Busy weekend. First, I needed to replace wheel hub, bearings got all funked up. I took off the wheel dust cover and painted it black to see how it would turn out. With tahoe lifted you can really see the dirty covers. I think the black paint makes it look fresher. I'll be doing all 4 corners soon and put up a pic. Also going to paint calipers red, rotors probably black. Intake was leaking air due to a gap at the throttle body so I tightened it down and closed the gap. 1.75" Wheel spacers for the rear come in this week. Next up after that is bushings and finish wheel hubs. I have the interior LEDs ready to install so that will be coming up soon also. This is what happens when you lift and don't get taller jack stands. Took a lot of careful consideration before deciding to support my jackstands with my weightsIMG_20170107_105517.jpg

Lol. I was definitely scared to put my legs under it and put pressure with the breaker bar on the hubs. It held up pretty good, no problems. Hey, what kind of bumper lights are those where the whole assembly lights up? In your profile picture

Stock assemblies. I just cut out the drl then plugged it into the turn signal for a full row of lights. So I have no more drls, but they always go out anyway and I never really liked the look personally.

New tires. 305/45r22 AT Hankook Dynapro. 33" tire, 32.8" really. Drives great. Truck is a beast. In the mail I have new fog lights, 1.75" wheel spacers for rear wheels, spark plugs and wires and one more Moog wheel hub assembly for passenger front wheel. Oil change next weekend. Will be painting calipers red and other wheel well covers black once I do the work on each wheel.
