03 yukon 8100 tune

Can anyone tell me how to order the tune for key 03 yukon xl with the 8.1. There Web site is not very helpful.
Do I have to tell them what all I want done?
What all can they change?
When I had my gtp grand prix tuned the Web site had a long list of thing u can change and how u wanted them changed. Cam I go this with black bear. Or is this just a generic tune?

Also truck has 215xxx on original motor and trans. Is it safe to tune this? Truck is stock with only fresh tune up, 180 tstat, and little exhaust work (changed muffler still factory pipes)

Any help would be great. What should I change and what should I not change? Also should I get rid of torque management

What tune option are you looking to go with? You have three options, tradtional, scan cable or Autocal. The scan cable and AutoCal are most custom and the tunes are built off of datalogs.

Basically, the changes will come down to what you are wanting out of the vehicle, and your modifications. There are hundreds of tables that can be accessed and modified on the tuning end- which leads to your custom tune.

For the 8.1Ls we recommend a minimum of the scan cable tune, as they are notorious for burning oil. We can help eliminate that. That being said, I would recommend either the scan cable or the AutoCal to get the best bang for your buck.

If you are unsure of the TM, I say leave it up to Justin to determine from your datalogs.
