I have come across a couple of very nice 3/4 ton trucks, one burb and one yukon xl.

The burb has just over 100k and looks to be in very good shape other than some rust on the rear lift gate. 4wd, 6.0l, 3:73 rear and loaded including autoride. It is a 2 owner truck with all service records and carfax reports.

The yukon is immaculate, 2 owner (father and son) with 215k. It is loaded as well and has had the usual maintenance done with records and carfax, 4wd, 6.0l, 3:73 rear and autoride.

The yukon is 1/2 price of the burb. Both have all leather, dvd and captains chairs. Which would you choose?

I am prepping my 1/2 ton burb for sale and will drive the ol Tahoe as a daily driver. This 3/4 ride will be strictly tow/hunt/fish.

What's everyones experiences with the 6.0l? Anything to look out for?

Thanks.

Personally I'd go with the one with the lower mileage unless the other one is in better shape. I know these trucks are tough but 215k is a lot of miles on anything....

I agree but the little rust on the 100k burb has me wondering what is lurking elsewhere. I have asked for some underbody pictures from both owners.
