I liked my magnaflow, just didn't work with 4"+ of drop out back. I'd honestly buy a dynomax vt muffler and have an exhaust shop weld up some new piping if I were you, I love my vt with longtubes.

Max I love your truck, soo clean, simple and looks soo good! My truck gets dropped with tony's 2-3/4 bell tech kit in the next few weeks. I was really thinking about just a dynomax vt and now that you mention it maybe i should do headers while I am at it :). This year the goal is to mod the truck enough so I can throw heads and a mild cam in it next spring. I was thinking a nice exhaust setup this year. Next year do H/C/I (maybe manifold too) and BB Tune. My 06 Denali only has 47,*** miles on it should stay pretty reliable. How well do out transmissions hold up?

Thanks dude she has come a long way from when I scooped her. I redid my entire exhaust from heads back: aem ceramic longtubes, custom y, magnaflow cat, single 3" to an offset/center out 3" vt muffler and it sounds awesome. If you have access to a welder I can get you some part #s to build a system for way less than an off the shelf magnaflow kit with the same quality, just depends on how crazy you wanna get.

Regarding the transmission the 65E has a 5pinion planetary which helps quite a bit but they are hit or miss, mine seems fine after lots of abuse and 130k but I've had a vette servo and a tune ever since I bought it at 75k. Transgo Jr. shift kit, vette servo, longtubes, 05+ e-fans with a harness from Justin, and a tune will make you happy for awhile. My truck isn't fast but it surprises the ricers around here and the occasional fox body mustang or f-body. The kids with the modded 350z and G35s are the best though :D
