I've recently installed a throttle body spacer, and now the truck has a terribly low idle when either in neutral or slowing too a stop in drive. Its a pain in the ass too drive in traffic without it killing.. it runs fine otherwise, like at highway speeds everything is normal.. any suggestions?

Did you clean your tb when you installed the spacer? Move the throttle plate?

Likely your truck is going to take a bit to relearn idle. There a couple of hit or miss procedures you can Google, or force it with a Tech2. Otherwise, just drive, and give it some time.

Normally, id suggest cleaning the throttle body/plate as well as remove the IAC and clean its pintle and bore. However, it is odd that this is only after adding a spacer. That in of itself, do not see it effecting idle. Gasket leak as suggested earlier.

If you can get ahold of a scan tool or IAC driver, command the IAC fully closed, and the engine should idle, all be it very low. If it wont idle, you need to adjust the base idle stop.
