Hey guys new to the Forum probably another thread about this somewhere but I haven't seen it yet.
Just recently put 33s on the wife's Tahoe and want to know opinions for the best gear options.
Probably gonna go with a 3.73.
Should I get a used axle or get a local shop to swap out my stock 3.23? I'm usually a "DIY" but I don't like to mess with gears or tranny issues. Tranny is NEW BTW.
Are there any sensors or elctrnis that are gonna give problems ? I've read about the ABS light but I think a new Superchips programmer will take care of that ?
Also thinking about doing a 3" spindle lift in the front and 2" lift coils in the rear with Bilstein 5100 shocks all the way around.. Anybody have experience positive or negative changing coils ?
I have a Yamaha Rhino I pull on a 5x12 Pipe rail trailer occasionally, before the 33s it had a hard time staying in overdrive. Now I won't even try it until I get new gears...
