Go to etrailer.com. They some very easy wiring solutions that Tee into your vehicle lighting. as for trailer brakes, you will have to run that yourself. Don't skimp on the hitch, to find one that is rated at least 10% greater than you plan on towing. You can never have too much hitch.
Mine did not have the tow package either, which I liked meaning they didn't tow with it always good for the truck lol.
I went to a junkyard and bought a stock hitch for $30 and painted it. Also you should already have the wiring, look under the back drivers side, mime was tucked in the frame rail and had a big plug in the end. Hit oreillys and get the factory connector that mounts to the hitch and your wiring plugs right into it.
All said and done it was maybe $50
