The fact that he's looking for the part number for an HD underhood insulation in another thread tells me it's an aftermarket hood but I could be wrong. And these hoods usually run around $300. What he paid... I couldn't tell ya. So all in all, I'm no help to ya, lol.
glad you guys like the pics, it still needs to be tweaked slightly but how my friend did it was , he took the stock hood and made and templete and transfered it to the hd hood and then cut and rolled the edge around teh headlights , it looks fantastic in person i am very happy i decided to do this , like i said it needs some more very slight tweeking , to put it out there there is some slight sanding / shaving that might need to be done at back of hood where it meets the fenders up top , but nothing crazy , after hood was fit and placed on truck one guy whos a worker in the shop was putting hood on truck and didnt realize how tight the fitment was and the rear portion hit the top of the front fender closest to the windshield but other than that , awsome awsome awsome and my friend is going to fix it this week i will post pics later today
