Pardon me while I pat myself on the back...

I picked up a clean 04 Tahoe a few weeks ago and other then replacing the Bose amp with another I found at my local pick-n-pull, this is my first mod. $15 and about a hours time and I had my Pandora piped through the xm band. I do have to tune into channel 0 due to slight bleed over...but that's a minor inconvenience compared to the fm transmitter thingy I was using before.

Great addition to a great ride!

How has this mod held up? Can it be used with Premium Bose stock head unit? What gauge is the wire so I can oreder the correct size T-Tap?

I have the GM navy on my 05 YD with this mod and it has held very well for over 4 yrs now

Thinking about doing this, but was wondering...

I did the CDX delete, so couldn't I theoretically tap into that wiring harness and just have my existing CDX selection become an AUX input? Just have to figure out the right wires to tap into, right?
