The chrome looks awesome dude, especially on that color. Leave the grille and peel that bumper!

I knew I would find trim pieces that fit the inner seat brackets. Wrong color, I'll plastidip or dye all four covers black anyway. Found in the salvage yard, I think they came out of a z71.9c4b6d8bf7075cd3b872396be391a67f.jpg67398724a590fca6b7119c56ab0a3e2a.jpg

As much as I hate chrome after I did the paint restoration.... chrome now looks amazing with this color.
Other then the color, it actually looks good. You gonna dip it?
No more dip for this guy. Starting color matching soon once it warms up. Been a late summer so far. Have to paint with the garage door half open, or else the fumes sneak into the house pretty and are pretty strong. I don't mind getting high on my own supply but don't want to share that with the family.
My hvac system is in my garage and I think it gets sucked up into the system.

No more dip? Hmmm, I wonder what it'll cost me to cm my bumper.

Ok cm everything but the bumper. Going to cm vinyl wrap that part myself. Cost less than $100.
To sand blast and paint cm would cost a few hundred at best. Powder coat would only be 150+ but wouldn't match with the metallic paint on the body.

I have 2 hd grilles. One I'm keeping stock till I find a bumper cap for the bumper to complete the hd look. The other I'm cutting up (trimming bottom) this week to fit with the stock bumper like you did with yours.

I missed the updates to your build! Damn! I'm so jealous! I wish my truck was that fantastic blue that yours is! That's quality work man! Looks sharp! Love the esky racks and those tails look smooth on your truck! Truck is coming along nicely! Keep it up! Grille looks good too!

Thanks brother, plenty more planned.

Almost picked up some 22s today but the guy forgot to mention one rim is bent, so I sent him on his way.:chair:
