06 Suburban 4 Wheel Drive Noise

It appears I have a noise coming from front diff area. It changes tone with gas pedal application and release. Front bearings and cv axles are new. Not sure it is diff. Don’t understand wHey there would be a change of tone with the gas pedal if the 4WD is selected off. Could it be rear diff echoing to front? Does the transfer case output shaft rotate with 4WD selecTed off? Thanks in advance?

Check the diff fluid level. And, yes, the front propshaft is always turning when the truck is moving. The AUTO transfer case keeps it spinning so that it's up to speed if 4HI is engaged (automatically or by your selection on the mode switch).
