06 Tahoe backfiring, hesitant to go.

Hello Truck lovers, I'm back again with another problem that my baby iz having im driving an 2006 chevy tahoe police package it started hesitating like it doesn't want to go, I've had the spark plugs changed, coil packs changed, wires changed, fuel injector cleaned out, I replace the catalytic converter, but I'm still stomped i need your help to point me in another direction. you put in the title that its backfiring also
plug it into a scantool and see what your short term and long term fuel trim values are
if there in the double digits yer mixture is to lean
