The same stuff your owner's manual calls for. I'm a big fan of OE fluids but had trouble getting hold of 80W90 from GM ACDelco so I went with Lucas Products. Don't remember what fluids the 2007 2500s take, they have a different transfer case then the later ones (MP3024) if memory serves.

Transfer case just uses ATF - Dex6.
GM recommends synthetic 75W90 for both front and rear axles.

I know those '07s use the 4L80, did they use another TC or get the new MP3024?

I used valvoline 75w90 my burb. Worked fine. I need to do the front diff again... It looked awful when I changed it for the first time over the summer.
