Hi, the reason I'm asking is because I'm trying to reuse my 17" oe aluminum wheels(winter setup) on a new to me 2007 Tahoe LTZ. The rims do not clear the front lower ball joints, not by a long shot. I ran these rims on my 01 Denali just fine. I did see a pic here of an oe 17" on a NNBS Denali, maybe the and front suspension or ball joint is different?

Anybody know of a 17" aluminum or steel wheel with a larger inside diameter that will work so I can reuse my winter tires? TIA

Here is a pic of the issue,

I wish it did, maybe these specific GM wheels have a smaller drum? I got them of Craigslist maybe 6-8 yrs ago, not sure if off a truck or SUV.

Is the front lowered on the 07? Looks like the hub is mounted higher than stock. could also be the picture.

Nnbs is 17'' minimum on the front.
Looks like an after market lower Ball joint? Grind the threads flush with the nut!

Like said, 17s. I concur that the LBJ is an aftermarket that will not work.

Bingo! I think you got it. Lowered didn't cross my mind, like I said this truck is new to me.

I looked at grinding the ball joint, would have to grind too much to clear.
