Well it turned the cylinder head and lifters on the right aide were bad 4 lifters stuck So I sent to replace the whole engine.

It ok. Getting a new engine so should have a lot a great miles out of the truck

I have white smoke coming out exhaust and slight shake in motor. Any possible idea. And dose any one now what 5z3 I can replace my motor with it aluminum block vin 3

Lee, you have an LC9 engine. You can easily swap in another 2007-2009 LC9 or LMG or a later year (2010-2014) engine with the wiring for VVT. It is not a lot of work to swap in any L9H, L76, L92, L94, LY6, L96 engine either. However, all of these engines were made to work with the 6-speed transmission in your truck and will tear up your transmission unless it's built to take the power.

You could also use the block and heads from an LY5, LH6, LH8 and use your LC9s intake and fuel system to retain the FlexFuel capability.

The LC9 is a great engine.
