07 Tahoe front door woofers recommendation

Cdt audio makes 2 ohm speakers that will work with the bose systems. Just picked up a set and plan on installing them in the next week or so. Got component 6.5 for the front and full range coaxial for the rear doors.

I am posting this because I saw in another thread which I can't find now, someone trying different 6" door speakers to get better midbass. If you want to get good midbass from your 07-14, put 8" midbass or woofers in the doors. I did this in my 08 Sierra with the use of a speaker rings/adaptor...

I know this is an older thread, but I found a way to help door bass with the Bose system. Sound deaden the inside of the door, it helps tighten up the bass
