07 Tahoe LT No Start After Rain

07 Tahoe LT will turn over for 1/2 a second and then will abruptly stop. I have a 2 week old battery showing 12.4 volts. This all began after a heavy rain and water entered vehicle via leaking sunroof and passenger floorboard got soaked. Also throwing C0196-00 code ( yaw rate sensor). Any ideas of the no start?

12.4 volts at what temperature outside? At best that's a 75% state of charge. These trucks don't like low voltage and will throw all kinds of codes and do weird things.

it can test the voltage at the starter while trying to crank. or atleast the battery.
