I have nop doubt there posts on this somewhere here and a bunch of videos on YT.
The only reason, I am posting this is because all videos I watched on YT are way overcomplicated.
1. remove large resonator plastic air intake thing along with MAF sensor. No need to remove air filter box. Remove expansion canister cap.
2. remove 2 10mm bolts, holding ATF cooler lines to the fan shroud
3. pop top radiator hose, the very long one, off the shroud clip and pull/secure it with like a bungee cord or something, somewhere around throttle body. Plenty of pins there.
Undo 2 fan plugs. No need to unclip their harness from the bottom frame.
4. undo 2 13mm bolts holding fan shroud in place and pull it up and out. R side of the long top hose needs to be pulled out some, but it's very easy to do, as hose is empty.
5. Now you have full access to all the radiator hoses. Drain coolant from the lower left one, that goes to the t-stat. I had several gallon pan and large aluminum tray underneath, it still went all over everywhere.
6. Remove all the hose from radiator.
7. unclip ATF lines. Be prepared, lower line WILL leak ATF. If your new rad came with nice little line plugs, pull plug out and have it handy, to plug the lower line connector. Will save you bloody mess on the subframe and floor.
8. undo 2 13mm radiator bolts - and pull radiator out.
That's it, you are done. No need to remove any air filter boxes, unclip harness from the bottom, while crawling under the truck you saw in videos. It's very simple job.
Drop new rad in. Connect lower L hose back in place, then connect ATF lines. Pay attention - plugs for ATF lines have slots on the sides, that clips go in or, you won't be able to clip them back. To remove clips, I simply use sharp knife tip and popped them out. New rad should have new clips.
Reinstall all the L side hoses. If spring clamp locked on you, you will notice that one of its sides has a square hole in it. Place flat blade into it and twisty it. It unlocks the clamp.
Put fan shroud back in.
Connect the long R side top hose.
You done.
Mine took about 2.3 gallons of coolant in.
