I've been trying to diagnose a rear end rattle in my 07 LTZ for a while now. I've tightened the sway bar and just put new shocks in the rear. Today I got under the truck again and found that i can move my rear brake calipers with just pulling them. They just move slightly, enough to knock on something, this may be the rattle I've been searching for. The two bolts are tight so my question is...
Do the caliper bolts have bushings in them that apply pressure to the bracket, or is a slight movement normal? I've done brakes before on Mustangs and never seen a caliper move but I had to ask...
