I'm moving to Wellington ( Palm Beach's Polo country) next year..... I will be spending time at Palm Beach Raceway...... ( Orbit Porsche racing & Geico boat race shop)

Uh, Motor Mounts...... The vibration 'should' be fairly constant, not only at certain speeds, and you may feel it at idle when you rev it a bit.

If our transmissions have a lock-up in the torque converter still, that could be a cause. ( You feel it at light acceleration, then you 'drive through it' by going faster ( mechanical - may not throw a code).
Or maybe a plannatory gear going bad?

Uh, a bad lock up..... could over heat your transmission. Careful !!

When stopped, put your foot on the brake pedal, then shift from drive and back to reverse. Listen for a "clunking". If you hear a clunking then the driveshaft U-joints need replacing and causing the vibration. Hope this helps.
