Smooth tailgate cap , or the wind deflector one ?

Will be getting a smooth tailgate cap or running no cap after I weld up the holes and smooth it out

this is another thing that sucks about the crew cabs. the bed sides have 500 holes and an extra body line ..... so I haft to have some kind of tailgate cap

Demolded and debadged....needs paint correction.

We'll see. Don't really have a preference which order it comes in. Still need to get shocks before the lowering kit is installed

new rockers getting installed this weekend
visited with my paint guy last night and gonna spray the whole truck this Fall once his current project is out the door
Shocks will be ordered here in a couple days so then the drop kit can be installed.
Thanks to a hook from @yates ™ and his buddy an SS bumper cover is coming so collecting parts for an SS bumper and also on the lookout for an 06/07 hood and grill to be painted at the same time as the truck
Still need to do tint. My neighbor does tint and just haven't caught him outside lately but hope to hit him up this weekend to get that done

Long story short, the next couple of months should be eventful and the exterior should be 95% done before Thanksgiving. Will just need wheels which I'll probably do after winter is over.
