Sorry i have not heard anything about this mystery oil fix. Can you please elaborate some more, what it does. Thanks

Marvel mystery oil is an additive it's been around since forever. I used to use it in my old Acura's to help with lifter tap. It will help maintain the carbon build up on the top of your motor. Google it and make the decision for yourself. It's like 5 bucks at wall mart and will last you I believe 4 fill ups. It controls my rough idle on my 6.2 with 60k.
