The rear doesn't have any from the factory.

But they do have little "star washers" that go around a couple of the lug studs to hold them in place while going down the assembly line.

And yes, that is a hex screw... All I could get in a flared head on Sunday. I bought two - the future has a couple maintenance purchases I'll post about later. Off to test drive!

Just curious what brand of rotors you have there. They look a lot like the ones I just installed. I painted mine before installing to hopefully avoid rust around the edge and the hat for a while. On a side note the torx screws did not give me any trouble at all.

This pic was right after install and obviously before driving it to clean the paint off the rotors surface and bed in the new ceramic pads.rps20170510_083138_981.jpg
