08 Tahoe Oil Leak near Spark Plug

I have an 08 Tahoe 4x4 with 90k mikes, ex border patrol. For the past two months, I’ve noticed oil building up near the first spark plug on the driver’s side. No oil on the floor, no oil loss on the dipstick but after I clean it with a rag, it comes back in 2 days. I pulled the spark plug and there was some oil on the plug itself, although not too much. Any ideas? No codes, no hesitation, just the oil leak/build up. Pics attached. Thanks!

Could it be the valve cover gasket in that area? It’s a common place for leaks.
