Okay I’m looking to purchase a 2015 tahoe with 275k but Rebuilt trans with paper work a few years back DOD deleted new cam new lifters new head gasket. All within 2the last 20,000miles. What other major issues could come up in the near future? Could the bottom end fail? How long does that last someone please and info would be great

DOD deleted
New cam
New lifters
New head gasket
Truck runs perfect

If your oil pressure is good (unlikely someone would do a cam swap without replacing the oil pump), I'd look at crumbling wire looms or plastic "T" connections dry rotting from that much heat soak. Now that I've put a reman, non-AFM (deleted), engine in my truck, I would expect it to last 3-500K miles without internal issues. It really depends on how regularly the oil was changed and if the cam replacement was because of a lifter failure that might have put metal in the oil.

The bottom end of these LS motors are reasonable bulletproof, if properly maintained. At that mileage, you can have many items fail, such as suspension components, steering components, cooling system components, etc. My advice to you is to plan on making some significant repairs in the first year of ownership, since statistics would indicate that, and budget accordingly.
