Have you tried going to www.Chevrolet.com and clicking on the chat button that shows up in the bottom left and ask for the list of RPO options for your vehicle if you provide your VIN. They have provided the info there in the past for me. Might be worth a shot.

Whelp….That option for free RPO info has been closed. Just tried it and here is what I was told in the chat session.

“I'm sorry. As of November 2021, we are no longer able to provide this information. However, you can purchase a copy of the vehicle invoice (documentation of the vehicle cost broken out by model and factory options) by visiting www.gmmediaarchive.com. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.”
