I'm looking for the same thing. I think I'm just going to have one custom made so it fits nice and tight and every time I hit the gas/brakes I don't have to worry about it moving around.

yeah thats the 1 site that ive seen that has had them. im just not sure on how big the ports should be of the angle of the port inside the box. my local shop wants 225 to build it for me with 3/4" wood and that is 5/8" it cant be that much diffence in sound quality i wouldnt think. i got two JL audio 12" w6

i used to have questions about port size/length/etc before... but then i found this section of the12volt.com:

http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/boxcalcs.asp

if you scroll down there's a calculator for ports. you can calculate the dimensions based on how you want it tuned. i've never had an issue based on angles of the port. every time that i've built a ported box i made sure to have the right volume port based on the frequency i wanted to hit and never had an issue. i'm just an amateur at this stuff, so someone else please correct me if i'm wrong. :p

hope this helps!

i've had two w6's for years... i've always tried to tune the ports for 30-32.

if you make the port out of pvc, you can always remove the sub from the box to either make it shorter or longer to change the tuning in the future.

i have a box like the one you are tlaking about, behind my third row with two 12's downfiring. Do you still need pics? I would suggest to spend a little extra money to get it installed in your side wall area where your jack is, or the other side
