'14+ tail lights

has anyone tried to custom fit a set of these on their obs? Any ideas? My upper pillar covers are starting to fade... And i saw a rear picture pf the new tahoes and they look gorgeous.

I've been contemplating those on mine as well. I'm just afraid they will look cheap once they are installed. I would like to see some photos as well.
