My wife has a 15 Denali and we have put it in the shop for the 3rd time for tranny issues with 38k on it.

The 1st time of course couldn't duplicate the issue.

2nd time they replaced the Torque converter ( just before Christmas) and we got it back and still acted funny.

Well my wife called onstar when the service engine came on and dash went haywire.

We took took it in 2 weeks ago, and of course the check engine light went off, and they couldn't pull codes. I told them to drive the sh$t out of it until it did something. Finally I called onstar got the damn codes sent it to the dealership. They come back and it's the temperature sensor harnesses. The service advisor txt me yesterday the parts are on back order from 30-90 Days! I was like are f@%king kidding me!

Contacted the owner of the dealership, who just happens to be 1 of my Fleet dealers and asked if he could get us out of it. The came in with a low ball trade # of 43k, I told him to kiss my fat a$$!

She has a pos Arcadia as loaner, but this is bs!

Anyone dealt with crap and or any advise? Tempted to call GM and have them buy it back!

I welcome all input!

TIA

Tony

sorry to hear.

have they explained how 'temperature sensor harnesses' would cause any of these issues?

i am not sure they will buy it back just yet (@ least not under lemon law), but worth trying i suppose

Yea, it has been a pain.. The dealer actually came back with a big time offer. They are giving us
50k on her car now, and we are buying a certified 16 Escalade w 10k for less than a new Denali.. my dealer actually hit out of the park for us.
