15 Tahoe LED Tailights

I have a 2015 Tahoe with LED taillights. All of a sudden both taillights and brake lights went out (turn signals still working). I took it to the local dealer and was told I need both tail light assemblies which cost almost around $750 each. Is there any alternative such as converting to a regular tailight with conventional bulbs or a place where I can purchase reconditioned lights? Any suggestion concerning a less expensive alternative would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
