When the truck is running and fully warmed up, do you have heat coming out of the heater and if so is it hot or luke warm? Is your coolant resevoir topped off and full? With the truck running and fully warm, does your upper and lower hoses feel hot to the touch and equal to each other?
Heat seems pretty good, hot air.
Coolant tank is above the middle (looks like where the top of the tank meets the bottom half). Is this supposed to be more full? I can't find an indicator line on it.
Can't check the hoses right now bc it's pouring where I am, but I hooked up my scanner and the coolant temp is 149*F. My temp guage in the dash is on the 3rd line past 160 (~178*?). IAT sensor is reading 77*F. Fuel system 1 and 2 are closed.
From the looks of your gauge pic and the reading you are getting from your scanner, I'd say your thermostat is a tad messed up! If that's the case, it may be kinda stuck open now but might stick the other way and you don't want that! If you haven't done a thermostat in a while or ever on your truck, that would be the first thing I'd do! Just my opinion!

Another thing I thought of, when it's full warmed up and your driving it's that temp but when you come to a stop and idle for a minute or so does the temp ever creep up at all? Does your heater work better when idling and when driving does it get colder at all?
