Pretty much to sum up what I wrote was keep in mind pricing and what you'll use it for lift wise. Rough country (RCX) I got shipped to my house for under 1000. The DC lift starts around 1200.
For the interior go with Katskinz b/c you can do virtually anything you want leather wise from mild to wild.
Make sure you regear if you do lift and go w/ bigger tires.
Also keep in mind your body. I didn't think about it at the time, but weighing 300 lbs, it sucks sometimes jumping in and out when you're running errands. My knees hate me.
If you have any questions, dont hesitate to ask. Looks like there's a lot of knowledgeable people including myself on here.

What about a different hood? Roll Pan? Might as well upgrade those while your at it. Since your spare tire is inside the truck area.
Interior...go with black...just like it is on the outside just as sexier in the inside!
x2 on Katz's seats. IT IS ACTUALLY LEATHER!
Of course with bigger tires you will need a re-gear as well as a tune as I bet your Speedo is way off. BLACK BEAR TUNING will do an excellent job with your tune! They do free re-tunes. I suggest getting a spare PCM. I don't know how much paint and interior is going to run you. 10k seems high...
I say stick with cheap bolt-ons. Intake, FULL exhuast which includes headers, E-Fans and MSD Coil. Looks like your not a fan of buying used parts but MSD 6A-L box can be had cheap.

Interior: Black it out! Katskinz LEATHER SEATS! Also for cheap you can swap out your interior lights to lights that you actually like...I <3 Blue. So I have blue.
Lift: Need a Re-Gear and since you have 4x4 you will need to re-gear the front as well. Lifts are cheap from what I have seen. I came across a 3" Lift BNIB for $200. Your frame will be exsposed so yes. PLEASE paint the frame and of course rust protect it as well as the undercarriage as well. Also have your inner tire plastic things painted black as well.
Electronics: What about some HIDS? Safety=Perforamnce there. Can see further down the road.
Exterior: Roll Pan and Dual Ram Air or Cowl Hood. Do you like black as in a black out look. What about painting your grill (you can do urself) and your clear corners (you can do yourself)
Performance: Reguardless of what you do. Even if it is nothing! PLEASE get a BB tune. Go with letting good ol reliable breathe! Intake: Volant makes the best kit for our car due to the Isolated Box and the 4" Collector. Full exhuast including LT Headers. You have a 2 Dr. so it should be pretty cheap. Go with an MSD Coil less then $60. E-Fans.
