My leaf spring hangger shackle is not in the best condition, should I replace or eliminate the same??? If I eliminate it whats the worst it can happen???? Do I loose lift????

replace it. how would you eliminate it? If you plan to bolt the leaf spring right to the mount BAD IDEA. the spring needs to extend in length as it compresses. not allowing this to happen would be really bad
