ok so where do I get this info read at? A trans shop or just a regular shop? or can I rent a good enough scanner to read it.

OBS Jedi-Do Good
not sure if one is rent able. try a local regular shop that has a advanced snap-on or otc scanner that can log data as well. veer away from the tranny shop for now. their most common response is tear down for inspection or just overhaul it if they see anything but red tranny fluid in it.
