I used drop spindles and longer shackles on my 95, 2 inches both front and back, depending on your definition of "look sporty" that may do it for ya.

on customers trucks due to gm using different leafs I always have the customer measure the truck from ground to fenderlip all around

sometimes a 2/3 drop rear is lower than front.

Shoot me back meeasurements and i can dial in a kit for you. DJM spindles front and rear DJM 2 inch shackles is a good start.

Listen to Norcal he has the experience. I wish I would have bought from him. I did a 4/6 and the rear was lower than the front.

Had to put different shackles on rear of springs to get back to level.

yeah the best way is to measure from the ground to the center of the fender lip. lowering and lifting is really easy. at first i did a 4/5 drop w/ 22's on 285/35/22 tires. now i have it two inches higher than stock. for the front i ordered 2 inch lowering springs and had the spindle mounts redone so i could use spindle mount spacers and use the stock spindles. for the rear i just used 2 inch lowering shackles and rebuilt the leaf springs by removing one the leafs and using a custom leaf i had made. once the spindles were ready and i had the leaf readily available it only took a couple hours total time to do the whole truck. here are some pics of when it was lowered.

thats nothing but lens tint. all i did was clean up the headlights really good and put 1" masking tape over the horizontal center and spray. after that remove tape and voila! i did the same with the rear tailights on the reverse light. just used an exacto knife to trim the reverse lights. of course i did remove the head and tail lights prior to painting because i never take a chance with taping off (due to overspray). better to be safe than sorry. but feel free to try your own designs. be creative. i just ended up with this messing around one afternoon because i was bored. and best part is nail polish remover will take it off instantly but holds up to car washes and everything. i've had this about two years now and i'm getting ready to pull them and put HID's. but i'm going to switch to the tahoe front clip, shave the corners, and instead of doing the phantom grille, i'll build my own RBP style phantom grile (something different). just bought my wifey a new car so now in the next few months i will start having free paychecks to do some heavy mods. anything serious i will document and make a tutorial though.

EDIT: oh yeah, almost forgot to mention start to finish took about two hours total time and the paint costs like $15 at autozone. let me see if i can find a pic for you guys...

EDIT: here is the link to th actual rust oleum site and close up of can.
