1999 OBS Yukon Lift Swap?

well judging from the last picture it looks to be factory aligned still and has not been punched. and punched or not the position it is in now shows definite potential for some positive camber adjustment pushing the upper tire section out. so get it punched and get it aligned up better.

it just looks to me like the half shafts look a bit to far angled. and that is weight on wheels. ahh probably nothing.

those CV axles are angled pretty extreme IMO

this is how mine looks , well Im currently at 5.5 inches of lift this pic shows me at 4.5 with my CV angle almost negative .( they are a little more angled now but not near yours) but my tie rods aren't stressed either , the more angle you put on those CVs the higher chance they will fail if you ever take it offloading .

So to lower the CV angle I would just turn down the Torsion bars.. Correct? I turned them up after my mechanic (Who works mainly on drag cars, not lifted trucks) told me that it would help with my camber problem. I diddnt see any difference after turning them up though, so im guessing he was mistaken.

i would take three complete turns off of each key and see how the angles look then. that should take you down about 18mm of lift i think.

No problem , Make sure you get an alignment after you decrank .
