1999 Tahoe hard starting

I can tell you after about a year, maybe sooner, on a new pump it will float back to the mid 50's psi when engine is running idle.

I think I fixed mine. I started to just change the fuel pressure regulator, but instead went ahead and put in a new MFI spider. Starts right up with no problems and seems to have better acceleration/power than before as well. Just did it Thursday so we'll see how it goes.

Might be a dumb question but what is the "spider"?
