My '99 Tahoe starts shaking around 63mph and gets worse at and over 65mph. Wheels are balanced and I've had most, if not all of the front end parts replaced. (Tie rods last week) The whole dash shakes when I hit that speed but it's smooth like butter up to 60mph. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions?
I'm running 33x12.5 mud tires on 15" aftermarket rims. (not by choice, I inherited them) My next purchase is going to be new rims and all terrain tires. 285/70R17 on 17x9" Could it be the mud tires?

I guess it could be the mud tires, but I don't have much experience with them. I would lean toward control arms as a possibility. A reputable shop should be able to tell you pretty quick I would think. When it comes to the shakes, it can be 1 thing or a combo of things.

A quick check, swap the front tires to the back. Cupped tires can give you a shake.

Mine was noticeable only at certain speeds. Maybe cupping isn’t the right term - it was when the edge of one tire was worn down and it was no longer even if looking at it straight on.
