Agreed, this is why I wanted to see if I could just fix the line where it is leaking. I will see if they will budge at the back, if so I will order new lines. If things seem to just be twisting, I will order the block off kit :cheers:

Just going through this now with my 99 Denali. Had a hell of a time. Oring #8 on the chart posted on the last page had a small leak in it. I set out to fix it. Did some reading and hit the connection with penetrating fluid once a day for a week straight before I tried to get it apart. No luck, broke the line. Ive since got all new lines running to the rear and had to get a new evaporator too. I even tried to get the high pressure line apart once it was broken off the truck. Had it on a bench vise and still couldn't get it apart.
