Hi ya! I could use some advice about my a/c on my 99 Yukon. The rear a/c vents are blowing super cold but the front vents are semi warm. I noticed that when at a traffic light the front started to cool a tad but not enough to really make a difference. I had just charged the system myself with a do it yourself kit from Autozone or what ever and it never really got icey cold. I know there is a leak somewheres in the system as I did the same thing last year but once the recharge was done, it was icey cold with the rear still signifintly colder than the front but tollerable. Now this year... the front vents have rendered themselves semi useless.

Anyone got any ideas on where to start? Thanks for any and all help in advance.

mine had the same problem, i too used the recharge kir from auto zone with a leak "fixer" and so far so good. Its been 100+ down here and it takes a couple of minutes to start cooling.
I say just take it to a good mechanic to diagnose, and if its something you feel you could do yourself just take care of it. n if the mechanic gives you a good price to fix it, have it done. :D
