I had a 2 door 2wd. I loved it. I got rid of it for a few reasons, but a large one was because the rear quarter windows leaked and I couldn't find anyplace that was willing to take them out to redo them. I finally found a guy and he handled one, but wouldn't do the other one. Apparently they don't make the quarter window glass anymore, so if it gets broken it's nearly impossible to track down. Between the leaking and stressing about rocks or just random punk kids breaking my windows, I couldn't drive it daily anymore without being stressed about it. Someone offered me a pretty good amount of cash for it, so I sold it. Here's pics:

That is a nice Tahoe . I have a black 99 that is going to get the same mods you did except for a Ls swap

it's hard to imagine that gm didnt use the same glass for the 2 and 4 door.
