I would do sub up port back with at least 100 in^2 of port.

I just modelled them up, and it looks like they need a bigger box. I modelled up DC's recommended 3.25 ft^3 per sub, and the response didn't look good at all. It wasn't until I modelled them in 5 ft^3 per sub that the response curve got flatter.

It seems like they need about 5 ft^3 per sub at about 32Hz to get a decent response curve. That size and frequency would give you a bump in the response curve from 35Hz to 50Hz (louder), and then mostly flat from 50Hz on up.

I ran 2 15'' Lvl 4's in 8 cubes at 36hz with 112 sq inches of port. It is the perfect width and not too tall. It sits right at the top of the back panels. I have a pic and dimensions if you wanna run it haha makes it easy on ya...

When I modelled up the subs 10 ft^3 seemed to help. Louder and lower from the response curves, but I've never personally used the lvl 4 so I don't know how it responds to a larger box. You'll want at least 100 in^2 of port area, that blueprint looks to be a good start. I would tune it a bit lower personally, but I'm more into SQ/SQL than SPL. Ported to 36Hz would be louder than 32Hz, but wouldn't dig as low.

also, i have barn doors so i was thinking maybe splittin the port into 2 ports and put them on the edge of the front instead of flat on the bottom of the front..

I had the batteries between the back of the box and the rear seats. Yea it was loud and sounded good. I had em on 3000 rms. That box tuned to 36hz had a pretty good range.
