From that pic I can tell you live up North.
As for the OP, mine used to touch with stock shocks. Now that I have shorter Bilstein shocks, it does not.

Yep, rust-colored underbodies are all the rage up this way. Come visit me this winter, Neo, then you can start a trend in the Lone Star State!

they have been touching for years on the autoride trucks. I have mine zip tied on the bottom of the shock no issues which I have been doing the same for over 6 years now on them on 07 ups.

Does Bilstein make a shorter shock for 2-3 inch rear drops that would eliminate the need for the shock extender? If so, somebody hook me up with a part # please for my '07 Z71.

with a 3 inch drop you want to use shock extenders. Even with shorter shock you can see the angle of the shock is way off without extenders

I've had a couple cases of the parking brake light come on but at the same time had the service stabilitrack/service traction control message too. Then today, got the tighten gas cap message then parking brake light and dinger as well as the above messages again. the brake light guess off after a few seconds but have to turn off the truck and restart to get the others to go away.

I initially thought the cables might be getting pulled on when cornering hard as that's when it seemed to happen. After getting the "loose gas cap" message today I have no clue. Guess I'll be going to the dealer and hook up the old tech II. My luck, the body control module took a crap... Ugh.

I'll get some pics of how my cables are now this Friday once I'm back home.

Okay... so the above "problems" were the reason that I was asking about the pics. Just an update on this...

I'm currently running the InTune from Diablosport and such... as it turns out I've found this is a known issue currently at the moment: Thread discussing the issue. Needless to say, I'm going to be removing the tune and run the stock tune to confirm but I'm certain this is it since I just updated the tune before this started occurring. I think it's time to follow-up with BlackBear!

Well... I'm feeling like an idiot...
Apparently I was just low on brake fluid and that's what was triggering the lights. Amazed that was the indicator rather than something just indicating low brake fluid.

I'm a boob!

Now that its all cleared up, looks like its time to reach out to Tony and get the brackets to relocate the trailing arms and shorter sway bar end links. And once the wedding is over... replace the ssbc's with the Wildwood's from blackbear! :)
